Los zoológicos dicen educar a la gente y ayudar a preservar especies, pero lo cierto es que están muy lejos de ser cualquiera de las dos cosas, la mayoría de los lugares donde tienen a los animales son pequeñas, solo vemos letreros con poca información, la especie, la familia a la que pertenece y aveces su dieta. La conducta natural del animal jamas se discute ni se observa ya que todas sus necesidades naturales están coartadas. Pájaros a los que se les priva de poder volar libremente grandes distancias, como están acostumbrados, los animales acuáticos por lo general tienen poca agua y muchos otros animales que están acostumbrados a vivir en grandes manadas o grupos de familias son puestos en una jaula solos o con un miembro mas, si tienen suerte. Comportamientos naturales como cazar o escoger una pareja quedan completamente eliminados . Los animales son aprisionados ,no tienen privacidad y muy poca oportunidad de estimulación mental o física, que da como resultado un comportamiento autodestructivo llamado “zoochosis” ... la zoochosis es encontrada en animales en encierro , esto se refiere a ke los animales emplean su tiempo en conductas anormales como sacudir su cabeza repetidamente o morder los barrotes de su jaula, caminando de un lado a otro de su jaula o morder sus propios cuerpos y todo esto es señal de estrés.

Zoos teach people that have wild Animals in jails, alone and far from their natural homes is a good thing.

For 4 hours u spend in a zoo , they spend 4 years or more living in the same place .Zoos are not a protection for especies ,are not educational , are not an entertaiment ...are just a tradegy.

Zoos suppose to educate people and help to preserve especies , but the true of this idea is far from the reality, most of the jails are little in size , just there are some writting guides with poor information , just the name of the specie , the family they belong and sometimes their diet.
The natural behaviour is never mentioned becouse is obvious that all their natural needs are restricted. Birds cant fly the long distances that they should fly, animals who need water usually have little water or this one is dirty, other animals that in their nature live in groups like Elephans are obligated to live alone or just with other one if they are lucky. Hunt and chose a partner are completely eliminated from their lifes, zoos animals dont have freedom , they are prisioners and dont receive physical or mental estimulation... so as a result all of them suffer a sickness called "zoochosis" caused by the stress they suffer, this sickness make that these animals waste most of their time doing anormal acts like constantly move their heads, bite the cages where they live , walk from one side to other for many time , or bite their own bodies.
